ARMS® Automotive Suite of products
In an effort to help collision repair centers increase operating efficiencies and enhance customer service, Enterprise Rent-A-Car created the ARMS Automotive Suite of Products to streamline shops' communications with insurance companies, customers and Enterprise. The result is an Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) that helps simplify the communication process and lets collision repair center employees focus on serving customers.
This suite of products enables collision repair centers to send vehicle repair status updates, automated and customized e-mail and text customer notifications. In addition, a reporting feature includes daily cycle time forecasting, month-to-date summaries, and both market average and insurance company cycle times by shop.
